01Seasonal pollen and dust
02Hard-to-reach exterior panes
03Move-in or listing preparation
04Routine curb-appeal maintenance

Pricing that reflects
the actual property.

The advertised $149 starting price is a baseline, not a promise that every property costs the same. These are the factors we review before confirming your scope.

01

Pane count and style

The number, size, and configuration of panes affect the time and tools required. French panes and divided-light windows take longer than a single open pane.

02

Interior, exterior, or both

Exterior-only service has a different scope from complete interior and exterior cleaning. We identify each side included before pricing.

03

Screens, tracks, and access

Screen condition, track buildup, furniture placement, landscaping, height, and roofline access can change the scope.

04

Glass condition

Routine dirt and pollen differ from paint, adhesive, mineral deposits, oxidation, or construction debris. Specialty restoration is quoted separately when appropriate.

Clear expectations create better results.

Professional cleaning should improve the surface without hiding important limits or promising outcomes the material cannot support.

01

Routine cleaning is not glass restoration

Standard service targets ordinary dirt, dust, pollen, and surface buildup. Permanent scratches, failed seals, etched glass, and some mineral damage do not disappear through routine cleaning.

02

Interior access should be ready

For inside glass, clear fragile items and provide safe access to windows. Tell us about alarm sensors, delicate treatments, or hard-to-move furniture before the visit.

03

The scope is confirmed first

We distinguish glass, screens, accessible tracks, and sills in the quote so the finished service matches what you expected.

Do you clean inside and outside windows?

Yes. You can request exterior-only, interior-only, or complete interior and exterior window cleaning.

Are screens included?

Screen cleaning is available and can be included in your quote along with tracks and sills.

How often should residential windows be cleaned?

Many homes benefit from cleaning once or twice per year. Heavy pollen, construction dust, irrigation overspray, and tree cover may justify more frequent service.

Can window cleaning be combined with other services?

Yes. Windows can be scheduled with gutter, solar panel, soft washing, or pressure washing services.
